$18.5 million. That's what Charlie Puth got for his Montecito home, bought for $4.17 million in 2017, Realtor.com reported Sept. 17, 2026. That's over four times the sticker price — nominal, meaning before fees, taxes and upkeep. My take: it's one rare property, not evidence luxury houses always grow like that.
