Canada Applies to Join UK-Led Joint Expeditionary Force

Canada has applied to the UK-led Joint Expeditionary Force. The move surfaced during Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney's first bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Andy Burnham in Liverpool during his September 15-17 visit to strengthen ties with European partners.
