Luxon refuses to rule out Māori seats question in MMP referendum

National leader Christopher Luxon has refused to rule out including abolition of the Māori seats in his proposed MMP referendum. He told RNZ constitutional policy would be released closer to the election as part of justice policy. The Prime Minister's office ignored multiple RNZ requests for clarity on timing and scope.
