ShinyHunters Publishes Stolen Florida DAVID Files After Unpaid Ransom

ShinyHunters published hundreds of thousands of files stolen from Florida's DAVID vehicle and driver database after the state did not pay a ransom. The leak includes ownership certificates with names, addresses and VINs, plus a smaller set with Social Security numbers and passports. FLHSMV confirmed the breach of the system accessed in early September 2026.
