Two Army officers acquitted over handling of Jaysley Beck assault complaint

Col Samantha Shepherd and Maj James Hook were acquitted of conduct prejudicial to good order after the court martial over their handling of Gunner Jaysley Beck's sexual assault complaint collapsed on day three in Catterick. Beck, 19, was found dead in Wiltshire in December 2021, five months after assault by a superior.
