Walmart and nonprofit insurer SCAN Health Plan are partnering to sell Medicare Advantage plans, reported September 16, 2026. Medicare Advantage is the private-plan alternative to traditional Medicare. Walmart Insurance Services LLC is a licensed insurance agency. I think success turns less on sign-ups than on networks, service and whether supplemental benefits get used.
