Letby Inquiry Finds Hospital Failures Could Have Prevented Baby Deaths

The Thirlwall Inquiry found the Countess of Chester Hospital showed "complete failure at all levels" to protect newborns, saying seven murders and six attempted murders between June 2015 and June 2016 could have been prevented.
