EU Pledges €200 Million to Greenland Amid Trump Annexation Threats

The EU signed a declaration with Greenland promising closer partnership and €200 million ($232 million) in investments. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen unveiled the plan ahead of a September 14 Arctic summit.
