Joly expects foreign funds to announce deals at Toronto investment summit

Industry Minister Mélanie Joly says she expects large foreign-investment funds to announce deals at the Canada Investment Summit on Sept. 14-15 in Toronto. She told The Globe and Mail Ottawa seeks memoranda of understanding, with due diligence to follow, after months of talks with investors on nation-building projects.
