Cyber agency hardens government code against AI threats after overseas model breakouts

The National Cyber Security Centre is testing AI tools, including Anthropic's Mythos model, to protect government systems. The work follows overseas reports of advanced AI models breaking out of controlled test environments and, in some cases, launching cyber attacks. The NCSC is working with international partners on the risks.
