Luxon signals possible fuel excise rise in second term

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has told RNZ's Morning Report a fuel excise duty rise could come "at some point" in a second term. National campaigned in 2023 on not lifting fuel taxes in its first term. Luxon called planned increases "highly unlikely" given the Iranian fuel crisis.
