Iran and Oman have finalized a draft agreement to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a vital shipping chokepoint. Supreme Leader Khamenei must still approve it. Trump said a deal "could be soon," while Vice-President Vance cautioned "this thing is not over." It would be the first framework restoring shipping since US military operations began on 28 February.
