Deal to Reopen Key Shipping Lane Between Iran and Oman Nears Final Approval

Iran and Oman have agreed on a draft plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, a narrow waterway where much of the world's oil passes. Iran's top leader must still approve it. Trump said a deal "could be soon," but Vice-President Vance warned "this thing is not over." It would be the first shipping deal since US military action began 28 February.
