Conservative MP Larry Brock to resign, seventh departure from Poilievre's caucus since 2025 election

Conservative MP Larry Brock plans to resign as the member for Brantford-Brant South-Six Nations at summer's end, The Globe and Mail reports. Brock, a former Crown prosecutor first elected in 2021, was removed as Conservative justice critic in June. His departure makes seven MPs to leave Pierre Poilievre's caucus since the 2025 election; four joined the Liberals.
