Conservative MP Larry Brock to step down, seventh to leave Poilievre's team since 2025 election
Conservative MP Larry Brock plans to resign his seat at summer's end, The Globe and Mail reports. Brock, a former government lawyer first elected in 2021, lost his role as the party's justice spokesperson in June. He is the seventh MP to leave Pierre Poilievre's caucus — the group of elected Conservatives — since the 2025 election; four switched to the Liberals.
