Ford Unveils $28,350 Fathom Electric Pickup

Ford has unveiled the Fathom, a midsize electric pickup starting at $28,350 — roughly half the F-150 Lightning's price and Ford's first EV below $30,000. Built on Ford's new Universal EV platform, it enters production at Louisville Assembly Plant next year, with deliveries before end of 2027. Pre-orders open early next year.
