Meta Launches Muse Code, a Terminal Coding Agent With Parallel Sub-Agents

Meta launched Muse Code in beta on August 5, 2026. Mark Zuckerberg announced the tool, which installs with one command and targets workflows dominated by OpenAI's Codex and Anthropic's Claude Code.
