Robinhood to list venture fund offering retail access to Y Combinator startups at $25/share

Robinhood will list Robinhood Venture Fund II on August 13 at an expected $25 per share, targeting up to $200 million. The fund buys equity in Y Combinator-affiliated startups that agree to sell shares. Investors hold fund shares, not direct startup stakes. Robinhood began accepting IPO share requests on August 3.
