Samsung and Amazon Bring HDR10+ Advanced to Prime Video

Samsung and Amazon will stream HDR10+ Advanced on Prime Video starting August 2026 — a first for any global platform. Initial support is limited to Samsung's 2026 TVs. The royalty-free format gains AI-powered tone mapping, scene-level brightness metadata, and dynamic motion processing, building on the standard Samsung co-developed.
