Russia Accuses Ukraine of Moscow Restaurant Bombing

Russia's foreign ministry blamed Kyiv for a bomb at Moscow's Balzi Rossi restaurant that killed five and injured 19. Russian media say the August 1 blast targeted aerospace forces commander Col. Gen. Aleksandr Chayko. Prosecutors believe a woman carried the device unknowingly. Ukraine has not responded.
