Russia Blames Ukraine for Deadly Moscow Restaurant Bombing

Russia's foreign ministry accused Kyiv of bombing the Balzi Rossi restaurant in central Moscow, killing five and injuring 19. The device, carried by a woman who prosecutors say may not have known she was transporting it, detonated near the entrance on August 1. Russian media report the target was aerospace forces commander Col. Gen. Aleksandr Chayko. Kyiv has not commented.
