Gambling giants gave top customer drugs and escorts, Senate inquiry told

Anti-gambling campaigner Tim Costello told a Senate inquiry that TAB, Sportsbet and Sydney's Star Casino plied their biggest customer — turning over $20 million a month — with drugs, escorts, free rooms and $50,000 in bonus bets. That customer is now in Silverwater prison facing charges. The companies haven't responded.
