Amnesty: Indian Arms Exports to Israel May Enable Gaza Atrocities

Amnesty International's July 2026 report, "Made in India," finds that 2,596 arms shipments to Israel since October 2023 carry "substantial risk" of use in Gaza's ongoing genocide. Amnesty says India breached its Arms Trade Treaty obligations and defied the ICJ's 2024 provisional measures. Secretary-General Agnes Callamard accuses India of failing to regulate private arms exports to Israel.
