Amnesty: India's Arms Exports to Israel Risk Genocide Complicity

Amnesty International's July 2026 report, "Made in India," concludes that India's arms exports to Israel carry a "substantial risk" of use in the "ongoing genocide against Palestinians" in Gaza. Analyzing 2,596 shipments since October 2023, Amnesty argues the transfers violate India's obligations under the Arms Trade Treaty and the ICJ's 2024 provisional measures. Amnesty Secretary-General Agnes Callamard says India "failed to regulate" private arms exports to Israel.
