Former Defence Minister doubts Russia's spy arrest footage

Former Defence Minister Dr Wayne Mapp has questioned FSB footage of a 55-year-old man arrested in Khabarovsk, calling it "a prepared narrative" and possible Russian disinformation. Security analyst Paul Buchanan and law professor Al Gillespie share his scepticism. The NZ government and SIS declined to comment.
