Ridgeburn pulls Arrowtown housing fast-track application

Ridgeburn Limited has withdrawn its fast-track application — a streamlined consenting pathway — for a 1,210-house development near Arrowtown. Panel convener Jane Borthwick said local councils flagged "significant information gaps" on transport and environmental risks. The developer can resubmit once it supplies the outstanding information.
