FDA Panel Backs Six of Seven Peptides for Compounding List

An FDA advisory panel voted July 23–24, 2026 to recommend six of seven peptides — including BPC-157, KPV, TB-500, and MOTS-c — for the agency's bulk compounding list. If adopted, compounding pharmacies could keep making these widely used products, none of which have formal FDA drug approval.
