Boox Picco Targets Sub-4-Inch E-Reader Niche

Boox announced the Picco, a 3.97-inch monochrome e-paper reader with front lighting and microSD storage. The device debuts Boox's Tile line of varied-form-factor e-paper products. It challenges the Xteink, bringing a major brand with wide distribution and an Android-based platform into the sub-4-inch category for the first time. Price, battery life, and release date are undisclosed.
