Boox announced the Picco, a 3.97-inch monochrome e-paper e-reader with front lighting and microSD storage. It launches the Tile product line — "e-paper devices with diverse form factors" — and is positioned against the Xteink, bringing a major brand with broad distribution and an Android-based platform into the sub-4-inch niche for the first time.
