Betts and Hernández Skip Dodgers' White House Visit

The Dodgers visited the White House on July 23, 2026, but Mookie Betts and Kiké Hernández stayed away. Betts said he spent the day with family. Hernández, on a rehab assignment and an outspoken critic of the Trump administration's ICE raids in Los Angeles, said he wouldn't have attended even if available. Pitcher Edgardo Henriquez also reportedly did not attend.
