Bose Licenses Its ANC Tech to Skullcandy's $270 Crusher 1080

Skullcandy's $270 Crusher 1080 headphones, reviewed by Engadget on July 16, 2026, are only the second product in the Bose Sound program. The program licenses Bose's active noise cancellation, directional audio, and tuning tech to partner brands at lower prices. Bose previously kept its ANC proprietary to its own hardware. The first was Skullcandy's Method 360 ANC earbuds.
