Sombr chipped a tooth on stage at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Nov. 3, 2026, Billboard reported. He said he had banged his water bottle on his tooth going for a sip. He told the crowd, "I chipped my tooth again," and announced that "Thombr," fans' name for his chipped-tooth alter ego, had returned.
