Lions' Jack Campbell Reports Full Lower-Body Movement After Neck Injury

Lions linebacker Jack Campbell said Wednesday he has full movement in his lower body and is continuing to make progress with his upper body. He was carted off after a neck injury on a tackle in the Week 8 win over the Vikings on November 1. He remains hospitalized. The Lions have not announced a return timetable.
