Nexus Mods makes AI-use disclosure mandatory for every mod author

Nexus Mods now requires every mod author to disclose whether they used generative AI, the site announced on 3 November 2026. Authors who used it must publish a public explanation of how and where. Existing authors have 60 days to comply. Enforcement will rely on manual moderation and user reports of undisclosed AI content.
