Prosecutors Drop All Charges in Toledo Festival Shooting Case
Prosecutors dropped all charges on Oct. 30 against Eljay Crisp-Carr, 20, arrested over a June 6 Toledo festival shooting that injured 12. He had faced more than 50 felonies, including 25 attempted murder counts, and spent about five months jailed. The dismissal is without prejudice, meaning charges can be refiled. His attorneys say he was not at the festival.
