Houston Grand Jury Indicts ICE Agent Mario Alberto Morales on Assault Charge

A Harris County grand jury, a panel of residents that decides whether cases proceed, indicted Mario Alberto Morales, 33, an agent with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), on Friday. The charge is aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a more serious form of assault. It stems from an October 10 Houston incident. District Attorney Sean Teare announced the charge.
