Greens propose bill to publish drinking water quality data online

The Green Party has proposed a bill requiring Taumata Arowai, the national drinking water regulator, to publish and regularly update drinking water quality data online. Monitoring results from the source and the tap would be published as soon as practical after suppliers pass them on. The bill would not change which suppliers must report.
