Israeli drone strike in Gaza's al-Mawasi area kills four aid-monitoring officials

A drone strike in Gaza's al-Mawasi area of Rafah killed four Palestinians on October 29, 2026, and wounded more than 30. The dead were civilian employees of Gaza's Ministry of Economy who monitor aid trucks entering through the Kerem Shalom aid crossing. The strike occurred during a US-brokered ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, in effect since October 2025.
