Tonga beat England for the first time in their opening game of the Rugby League World Cup, the 13-a-side code's tournament hosted by Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Tonga then scored 36 points to beat Lebanon in Parramatta, Sydney, before a crowd of 25,065, according to the NRL.
