Hanif Kureishi and son Carlo write new book on life after paralysis

Hanif Kureishi has published Are You With Me Now?, co-written with his son Carlo, on adapting to disability after he was left tetraplegic, meaning paralysed in both arms and legs, by a fall on Boxing Day 2022. Penguin publishes it in the UK. Each chapter was produced from dictated conversations between father and son, held between 10am and 1pm.
