Shell's third-quarter profit rises to $10.8bn, beating forecasts

Shell reported an adjusted profit of $10.8bn for July to September 2026, up from $5.432bn a year earlier and above the $10.33bn analysts expected. The global oil reference price averaged $94.90 per barrel, up from $69.10 a year earlier. Shell's gas production fell by a third during the Middle East war.
