World of Warcraft: Forever Plans Major Updates Every Four Months

World of Warcraft: Forever will receive major content updates every four months, slower than the roughly eight-week cadence modern World of Warcraft has kept since 2022, principal game designer Kris Zierhut said. Zierhut called the 8-10-week pace of WoW Classic's Season of Discovery too fast. Launch is set for 4 November 2026.
