Yohji Yamamoto to receive Outstanding Achievement Award at London Fashion Awards on 30 November

Yohji Yamamoto, the Japanese designer who launched his label in Tokyo in 1972, will receive the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Fashion Awards on 30 November at London's Royal Albert Hall. The British Fashion Council, which organises the awards, said the honour recognises his influence on generations of designers.
