KPF completes Waterline, Austin's first supertall tower

Architecture firm KPF, Kohn Pedersen Fox, has completed Waterline, a 312-metre (1,025-foot) tower at 98 Red River Street in downtown Austin, Texas, Dezeen reported on 28 October 2026. The firm says it is the tallest tower in Texas and Austin's first supertall, above 300 metres. Its 74 stories mix hotel and office space below with luxury residences above.
