Northampton Saints extend Jordan Els contract to end of season

Northampton Saints have given South African loose-head prop Jordan Els a contract until the end of the season after he impressed on trial. The 29-year-old joined Franklin's Gardens on a short-term deal in the summer, after leaving Harlequins, where he made 58 appearances in seven seasons. A loose-head is the prop on one side of the scrum's front row.
