UAE Media Regulator May Sit on Sharjah Children's Film Festival Juries

Under a memorandum of understanding signed on opening day of the 13th Sharjah International Film Festival for Children and Youth, UAE National Media Authority representatives may join juries and film evaluations, Variety reported. FANN signed it. The regulator was created by federal decree in December 2025. The festival runs to 1 November, with 71 films from 38 countries.
