Tokyo International Film Festival plans review of its global standing after 39th edition

Tokyo International Film Festival director Hisamatsu Takeo said TIFF will review its standing on the international circuit once its 39th edition ends, before its 40th anniversary next year. The review would set direction for the next decade, up to the 50th edition, he told Variety.
