Carney and premiers to hold First Nations-only meeting Monday

Prime Minister Mark Carney and the premiers meet Monday in a First Ministers' meeting focused entirely on First Nations issues. Inuit and Métis leaders are not included. Past meetings included First Nations, Inuit and Métis leaders together. Carney has promised another meeting on Inuit issues later this year. The federal budget follows on Nov. 5.
