Rebecca Henderson sets women's marathon race walk world record on debut

Australia's Rebecca Henderson clocked 3:14:52 at the All Japan Race Walking meeting in Takahata, northern Japan, on her marathon debut. The time beat Italy's Sofia Fiorini's record, set at the European Championships in August, by 19 seconds. Henderson, 25, won by 14 minutes. The marathon race walk became an official World Athletics distance in January.
