Essendon has told AFLW coach Natalie Wood her contract will not be renewed, with one round left. The decision came after Sunday's 3.7 (25) to 3.2 (20) loss to Hawthorn. Essendon has one win this season. Wood will coach the final game against Collingwood at Windy Hill next Sunday. The club says it will search for a new coach.
